Todd Wesley Johnson's southern Georgian Bay  - 7 February, 2008: Record Snow in Collingwood. The evening before at 10:30 I cleared 30 cm of snow from the front door, down to the car, and cleared off the car! I woke-up at 5:00 am to find another 60 cm of snow had followed. Since the ploughs were in the lot working diligently away at clearing the snow I thought I would start the process all over again. After about 1 hour, I drove the car out of the parking lot onto to street to find it completely blocked. So I went back to the studio to post these images while awaiting the town ploughs to clear the street to the highway. Pity, can't even get to the ski hill.
